I started my recruitment career in 1996! Like most consultants it’s something I fell into rather than pursued but immediately found it to be an extremely rewarding career. Initially I specialised in technical recruitment but moved into finance recruitment after a few years and have never looked back.

I specialise in Accountancy Practice recruitment across the North West region, assisting companies with all levels of recruitment across Taxation, Audit, Accountancy, Payroll and Corporate Finance. My clients range from local independent firms through to Big 4, Top 10 and Top 20 companies.

A Genuine Desire to Help People

Finding the right job for candidates and helping companies find the right candidate is immensely satisfying. Although hard work, it’s always worth it when you can offer a candidate the job of their dreams. I have a genuine desire to help people, and this is encouraged at Marshall Moore.

Food, Glorious Food

Food glorious Food! I love to cook and every Sunday I have my family round for a traditional roast. I also love to work out, so you will find me up at 05:45 every morning with a barbell on my shoulders working off the indulgences from the weekend!
