Mortgage Administrator

Marshall Moore is currently recruiting for an expanding Mortgage brokers based in the Cheshire area. The firm are seeking a Mortgage administrator to support one of their highly productive Mortgage Advisors. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to continue their career as a Mortgage Administrator with the opportunity to transition into a Trainee Mortgage Advisor in the future.  The successful candidate must have previous Mortgage Administration experience and have awareness of requirements needed to enable mortgage advice to be provided.

Key responsibilities for the Mortgage Administrator:

  • Providing pre-sale support to ensure factfinds are updated with the latest figures
  • Analysing proof of income to obtain figures for the mortgage to be calculated
  • Ensuring all relevant documents are collected in readiness
  • Administration support to a Mortgage Advisor completing a high level of mortgages per month

Essential Requirements are:

  • High attention to detail
  • Previous experience of working within Mortgage Administration of some capacity is essential
  • Flexible with a can do attitude
  • Excellent communication and numeracy skills
  • Experience within a Financial Services environment
  • CeMAP Qualification is desirable but not essential

This role is initially on a 3 month temporary rolling contract with the view to extend.
