ISA Administration Manager

Based within a prestigious city centre location, my client is a highly reputable and well respected Wealth Management firm, with a strong presence in the Liverpool market.

With extensive plans for growth and development in place, this forward thinking company are looking for an experienced financial services / investment management candidate to join their busy operational team on a permanent basis.

As this is a managerial level vacancy, my client requires a candidate with proven team leading / people management experience from the financial services industry, with the ability to implement procedures and update processes.

Reporting into the Senior Operations Manager, the ISA Administration Manager will be responsible for:

  • Responsible for the day to day running of the ISA Administration department
  • Training and developing staff members and providing feedback where necessary
  • Reviewing and updating processes were required
  • Completing regulatory reporting in relation to ISAs and reported to HMRC
  • Involvement with audits and liaising with relevant internal departments and external parties
  • Overseeing all aspects of ISA Administration
  • Completing MI reporting for the department 

Essential Requirements are:

  • You must have proven experience from the financial services / wealth management industry in a Team Leader / Managerial position
  • Ability to develop, manage and lead a busy administration team
  • The Investment Operations Certificate would beneficial but is not essential
  • Meticulous attention to detail, maintaining a high level of accuracy and a low level of errors
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills – ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Competent with Microsoft Office including Excel
