Financial Services Transaction Specialist

A unique opportunity has become available based within an international financial services firm who specialise in supply chain finance and structured trade finance. Founded in 2011, this firm has grown rapidly and is now looking to add to their expanding business even further. Based within their new North West Operations centre, my client requires a Financial Services Transaction Specialist to be responsible for the flawless processing of trade finance transactions. Due to the location of these offices, access to own transport is essential.

Key responsibilities for the Financial Services Transaction Specialist:

  • Support international banking team with the execution of trade finance transaction
  • Develop and maintain internal management systems such as client records and deal tracking
  • Manage internal and partner communications relating specific clients/transactions
  • Assist with client account setup
  • Assist in the preparation of credit and portfolio analysis

Essential Requirements are:

  • You must have proven, solid experience from the financial services industry within a customer / client service role
  • Ideally you will also be degree educated (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline, although all subjects will be considered
  • Outstanding organisational and first class client service skills are essential
  • Able to work in a process-drive environment, but equally comfortable in using initiative when dealing with more ambiguous queries
  • Able to multi-task with an eye for detail
