Client Relations Executive - Investments

Located in Liverpool city centre, our client is an award-winning wealth management company with an excellent reputation on the market. This company is looking to develop their operations team further and they are currently looking for a Client Relations Executive to join their team on a permanent basis.  The successful candidate will have proven experience from a customer service and administrative background.

Key responsibilities for the Client Relations Executive

  • Investigate client queries and liaise with internal and external departments/providers to resolve issues
  • Deal with all round administration duties relating to various different Investment products
  • Follow up outstanding queries
  • Update clients with developments on their queries via email/letter/telephone
  • Work as part of a strong team
  • Meet and exceed individual and team targets

Essential Requirements are:

  • You ­must have previous experience from a customer service and administrative background in financial services
  • Excellent communication skills when liaising with clients and internal departments
  • Ability to work alone or within a team
  • Confident I.T skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to process high volumes of data
