Transactions Manager

Marshall Moore currently has an exciting opportunity for a Transactions Manager to join a well-recognised Wealth Management firm. Joining the Operations department, the successful candidate will be supervising the Fees team ensuring the team provide an efficient and accurate service to clients, investment managers and internal departments. In order to be considered for this opportunity it is essential to have proven people management experience, with a demonstrable ability to challenge processes and driving improvements.

The Transactions Manager will be responsible for:

  • Manage the day to day operations on the team including 121s, training, holidays and sickness
  • Motivate and identify suitable training for staff
  • Review information processed onto company system is accurate and in line with agreed business processes
  • Prepare and present reports to Senior Management team
  • Ensure the reconciliation of various nominals
  • Proactively participate in projects as director by Senior Management
  • Staff appraisals
  • Support to the Senior Management team

Ideally you will have/be:

  • Proven people management experience, minimum of 2 years
  • Strong leadership and change management experience
  • Methodical and conscientious approach to work
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
