Temporary Finance Administrator

Marshall Moore are currently looking for a Finance Administrator to join a world leading organisation based in the Chester area. This is being recruited on a temporary basis for at least a period of 6 months, with the potential for extension. Reporting to the Finance Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the purchase ledger department with invoicing and query handling, along with general administration duties. This is a fantastic foot in the door opportunity for a candidate keen to gain experience within a finance environment.

The Temporary Finance Administrator will be responsible for:

  • Matching purchase invoices
  • Inputting invoices onto company system
  • Handling customer queries via phone and email
  • Filing and scanning
  • Ensuring company system is kept up to date with relevant information

Essential Requirements are:

  • Strong IT skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Willing to train on company systems and procedures
  • Strong written and verbal communication
