Marshall Moore are currently working with one of the North Wests most recognisable employers who are looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. They are looking for a confident and friendly individual who possesses previous experience in a fast-paced sales environment and can demonstrate their ability to work to a high degree of accuracy.

Reporting to the Head of Commercial, the Sales Administrator will be responsible for:

  • Liaising closely with the Sales Team to ensure that all data on the system is up to date and accurate
  • Ensuring all necessary contracts/charging agreements are visible within CRM
  • Providing immediate response to all low value sales queries
  • Administration and resolution of queries
  • Assisting in management of marketing content for online campaigns

Essential Requirements are:

  • Previous experience in a busy Sales Team
  • Ability to work at a fast pace
  • Demonstrable experience in B2B sales, converting leads to sales, and upselling
  • Previous experience of shipping/logistic/supply chain
  • Degree qualified (Desired but not essential)
