Marshall Moore are currently working with one of the North Wests most recognisable employers who are looking for an Accounts Administrator to join their team for a 6 month fixed term contract. Focusing on the Transactions team, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer agreements across all billing systems, while handling new requests and manage queries. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and demonstrate a high level of computer literacy. The Accounts Administrator - Transactions will be responsible for:

  • Manage customer agreements across all billing systems in line with agreed SLAs
  • Manage all received requests, ensuring they are actioned in a timely manner
  • Ensuring excellent customer service maintained at all times with internal and external stakeholders
  • Process requests for new agreements
  • Reconciling figures through the company system

Essential Requirements are:

  • High level of computer literacy including Ms Excel
  • Ability to manage own workload with minimal supervision
  • Understanding of internal control and compliance
  • Available at short notice
  • Comfortable delivering results against agreed KPIs and targets
